Build your home on one of Red Peak’s new release land allotments in Cairns and you may be eligible to take advantage of the Queensland Government Great Start Grant. The Great Start Grant is an initiative that helps first home owners to get their new first home sooner. Eligible buyers will receive $15,000 towards buying or building their new house.

Another incentive for first home owners thinking of buying land to build a new home is that they may also be eligible for a vacant land concession in relation to stamp duty. Where eligible first home owners purchase vacant land valued under $250,000 no stamp duty is currently payable.
